Sunday Matinée at Market Chess Cinemas

My Cousin Vinny (1992) is one of those films I periodically reference in my blog posts, but have never officially recommended. But in the dog days of summer there is nothing better than a well done comedy, through and through. So let's officially recommend it now.

More than twenty years since its release, we can appreciate the likes of  Joe Pesci, Marisa Tomei, and Ralph Macchio even more in this literal-laugh-out-loud crime/comedy. In addition, the late Fred Gwynne, who died not too long after the film was released, delivers a memorable performance.

One thing is for sure--If they made comedy films like this nowadays I would be in the theater every weekend. Check it out, and see the trailer below for details.
