Here Comes Old School

Beginning tonight with the suddenly-controverisal QCOM, we will see a deluge of old school, mature tech firms reporting earnings over the next two days in particular. Also reporting tonight are EBAY T WDC, just to name a few other old school plays. 

And then tomorrow we get INTC MSFT, plus a whole host of others. Those names are, indeed, as old school tech as it gets. 

Overall, bulls continue to control the tape. There are certainly some divergences, like the small cap not quite making new highs today. But I suspect there still may be a bit too many traders caught with a deer in the headlights look at here at how miserably shorts failed to take this market down during Monday's weakness.

My main focus is on playing underlying rotations and not overstaying my welcome as some miners and commodity-related plays look at a fatigued here.
