Let's Show Deference to the Chevron Doctrine

A 1984 Supreme Court case featured energy giant Chevron as one of the named parties. 

The actual "Chevron Doctrine," derived from the case, is seen above. 

But, for our purposes, with CVX gapping free and clear below its lower Bollinger Band today, it does raise the specter of an outright energy crash. And before you dismiss that, I would encourage you to consider all of the "value buyers" of beaten-down energy prices from higher prices who have gone silent now that the energy downtrend persisted. 

Simply put. with energy remaining this oversold, again, it is snap back hard to crash time.
