A Bet on a Midlife Crisis for the Holidays

Buyers have defended against the market holding red thus far this week, with intraday fades being bought yesterday and today. 

If that patterns persists into Christmas, I have my eye on Ferrari (RACE) for a quick long. Among recent IPOs, the likes of BUFF PYPL SQ look to be basing tightly here on their daily timeframes. PYPL is attempting to tighten up a recent price consolidation, as is RACE, seen on the daily chart, below (perhaps we will see a flurry of midlife crises over the holidays, with middle-aged men splurging on a Ferrari?).

In all seriousness, whether or not these names are gearing up for a move higher into early-2016 is another story.

But in terms of actionable trade ideas over the holiday period, this collection of recent-IPOs look to be as enticing and ripe to benefit from holiday cheer as any.
