It's Going to Take a Team Effort

The precious miners are at a major long-term spot, beyond short-term bounces. 

Fortuna Silver Mines, for example, a silver on the monthly timeframe, below, illustrates this point. You would be surprised to see how many other precious miners are sporting similar technical setups, long-term, where bulls are on the cusp of major technical progress if, and only if, they can push up and off current levels.

Regarding FSM, we can see another thrust back over $7 leads to converting the prior 2011/2012 highs (light blue lines) back into support and breaking the multi-month bull flag higher for a new leg up. Failure here, though, and all bets are off. So it is sure to be a team effort for precious miners this winter and beyond.
