Don't Hate the Vendor; Hate the Payment Game

We have another pretty slow, consolidating day of action on our hands in the market, with the GRPO, gold miner, and SNAP weakness occupying the attention of many trader. 

Bulls seem to be defending 2370 on the S&P 500 Index for now. So, we will see if that continues into the heart of the afternoon. 

As for fresh long ideas, Jack Dorsey's bullish alter ego from Twitter is, course, Square. 

Indeed, the "War on Cash" is in full swing now. And judging from SQ's daily chart, below, with a post-earnings bull flag, Dorsey is a winner at least with this firm. A break and hold back over $17.20 would have my attention on the long side. 

Note that both SQ and PYPL continue to act very well, as cash essentially becomes obsolete.
