Don't Let This Market Turn You Into Harry Doyle

The golden rule in all forms of speculation is to never allow yourself to go on tilt and lose motional control, which goes double when the inevitable grinding periods (like this one in stocks) and/or drawdowns. We all can "steam" and express frustration, as we are human beings. 

But "tilt" is acting on that steam and making foolish, outsized bets, or long-shot, uncalculated risks simply to try to "make" it happen.
