If You Like Alibaba, You'll Say Xièxie for This Other Play

While Jack Ma and BABA understandable get most of the attention among China stocks, there are other China internet plays we have been tracking which have performed admirable this year and are actually sporting cleaner charts that even BABA. WUBA (58.com) would be one such example, a name we looked at for Members in recent weekend videos. Note that earnings for WUBA are May 23rd.

However, one of the more overlooked names in the entire market may very well be sitting right under our noses and looking mighty fine, all things considered.

China National Offshore Oil Corporation, or CNOOC Group, is the third-largest national oil company in the People's Republic of China. But it ought not be glossed over, as seen by the daily chart, below.

Indeed, CEO joins the list of some of the more intriguing foreign entity oil names sporting strong technicals and actually looking more actionable than, say, XOM. I will run though those other names for Members in my usual Midday Video.

However, CEO looks as strong as ever. And if you traded the oil rally in the first half of 2008 then you will remember how hot CEO was back then and how it vastly outperformed its peers.
