I Didn't Put Nothin' Up!

As one of our astute Members, Stu, noted several times of late, gasoline could easily be leading crude higher here, even with tons of focus from the White House on diesel all of a sudden.
And that gasoline leadership sure seems to be the case today, with the UGA ETF (for rolling gasoline prices nationwide), below on the daily chart, pushes to fresh highs as crude bounces off its 20-day moving average on the USO ETF.
The White House may be arguing that they did not intend to get caught up in this game of chicken, but they have putting it up the whole time in office.
Gasoline is also surging amid one of the more monstrous spikes in rates across the curve that I can recall, with rates on the 10-Year leading higher as I suspected all along. More on this after the bell in my full recap for Members.
Great call, Stu!
