Capital Keeps Making The Getaway

Just when it looks as though bulls have run out of juice, we always seem to find capital rotations making "the getaway." As an example, in recent weeks we saw a rotation away from healthcare and biotechnology stocks initially, down to energy and oil services.

But then money tried to flow back to the strong biotechs even as energy continued to rally. The semis and the likes of AAPL have also remained resilient. In addition, weak names of late such as CAT CMG GE, are showing signs of coming back to life. And technology stocks did quite well, particularly the cybersecurity names.

I have a few interesting plays on the radar for next week, which I will discuss at length in my Weekend Video Strategy Session.

in the meantime, I am still holding my bond short via a TMV long, as I am unimpressed with today's bounce in Treasuries as REITs flipped red. And my FEYE long is a way to play the strength in cybersecurity.

Overall, I had some nice wins early in the week but had to take a series of contained losses as week would down. More on my weekend video.

Have a great weekend and I will see you there!
