Sunday Matinée at Market Chess Cinemas

The Three Colors trilogy is the collective title of three separate French/Polish films directed by Krzysztof Kieślowski: Three Colors: Blue (1993), Three Colors: White (1994), and Three Colors: Red (1994)--All three co-written by Kieślowski and Krzysztof Piesiewicz.

The masterly Juliette Binoche stars in the first installment, about a woman who suffers a dark struggle after the deaths of her husband and baby.

I suggest you start with Blue and watch the entire trilogy, as it is well worth your time.
