Saturday Night at Market Chess Cinemas

The great comedian, actor, and this case writer and star Steve Martin says that it took him seven years to write the fantasy comedy/drama L.A. Story (1991), which easily ranks among his best work. You can really tell how Martin took time to make sure the writing had depth and was original.

I think this film, going on nearly twenty-five years old now, marks a strong close to 2015 in terms of film selections. I highly recommend you check it out over the holidays.
