A Setup in Oil Which Would Make J.R. Ewing Proud

The news flow out of Doha yesterday and reaction today was rather interesting, on many levels, regarding the energy stocks in particular. 

Going forward, a good tell, beyond SLB XOM, will be if names like PAA can confirm possible major bottoms in progress.
