A Full, Traditional English Brexit or a Continental Breakfast?
By the time we wake up tomorrow, we should have a full grasp as to whether markets are headed towards a Brexit-style swoon after tonight's election, or instead an understated continental breakfast.
On some level, with Brexit only a few months removed, it is hard to see markets really swooning the way in which we did back then. But that need not mean an easy pass higher, seeing as the S&P 500 suddenly made its way back to its declining 50-day moving average today.
In other words, a heavily-long bias may need to prove itself a bit more. But that does not equate to an automatic dive after the election tonight, regardless of who prevails.
Under the surface, global material miners continue to dazzle.
More on this in my full recap for Members tonight.
