Bloomin' Onions Yield Bloomin' Breakouts

A quick rug-pull this morning in the indices is still largely weighing on stocks this afternoon, as weakness in the banks remains a concern for the markets in the near-term. 

However, we know bulls have been resilient to the point where they have created an urban legend surrounding the notion of the market actually being unable to stay down for any period of time. 

Thus, we keep fresh ideas on the radar.

And with the resurgent restaurant space in focus (see CMG and especially PNRA), I want to see if the likes of Bloomin Brand, owner of the Outback Steakhouse chain, can surge above $20 on the weekly chart, below, to follow the gang higher and sustain a breakout. Note the impressive coil under this level.
