Ironically, Circuit City is Now Hot

No, not that Circuit City.

Instead, the likes of LFUS, or Littelfuse, Inc. a supplier of circuit protection products for the electronics, automotive and industrial markets, is one of many stocks breaking higher this morning. 

There are a few peers of LFUS which also have a enticing charts, which we are monitoring closely on what is so far an exciting tape for bulls on the back of Yellen's comments. 

We now want to see small caps strengthen for a major breakout, beyond this morning's gap higher. At a minimum, the IWM ETF ought to break and hold over $142.30, just above. 

In the meantime, China plays are looking ripe to feed off the FXI, China country ETF, breaking out to highs not seen since 2015 this morning.
