Sohu Says, "So, What?"

In front of what could easily be some fireworks later in the week, courtesy of Jackson Hole, we have a low volume but steady bounce holding firm as I write this in the broad market. 

Despite some sharp selling in China momentum names today, namely BZUN MOMO, a few winners like BABA BIDU SINA WB are more than holding up well.

In addition, a seemingly-overlooked China internet play, Sohu.com, below on the daily chart, is as attractive of any of them at the moment on the long side. One more push over $55.50 ought to trigger a new batch of longs for this tightly-coiled chart ignoring the BZUN MOMO downdrafts today.

Admittedly, China internet plays are always spicy to trade, complete with abrupt reversals and mind-numbing gaps. But the strength of the group continues to impress, overall.
