The Silent Invader (Westinghouse Broadcasting, 1957)

If you are looking for content to watch on the weekends during the quarantine, now would be a great time to re-recommend a top ten show: The Naples, Italy-based Gomorrah, the first two seasons of which are available on Netflix (there are more seasons but there is a hang-up getting the subsequent seasons in America. Either way, the first two seasons are elite filmmaking. 

In addition, I dug up the following video about a flu outbreak from the 1950s. It is quite interesting to watch this video and relay some of the points to the current pandemic.

This film discusses how the United States is preparing for an outbreak of Asian influenza. Prominent physicians and the head of the US Public Health Service address types of influenza, the nature of the virus, mortality rates, spread patterns, vaccines, the physician's responsibility, and medical advice for people who fall ill.
