With tech dipping into major earnings and the FOMC, the weekly chart for IWM, below, shows us where the real battle may be. Small caps are up against their late-2018 correction lows. 

Turning prior support into newfound resistance would be rather cautionary going forward, despite how unstoppable this market seems of late and despite the fear that Central Bankers seemed to have instilled in bears over the last month. 

Thus, $130 on IWM is one of your major keys going forward for clues, as that level also stretches back to 2015 as the area just below it marked the IWM highs for that year, too.
