Learn from a Legend

Amidst another headline-driven rally in stocks and selloff in oil today, this time on the back of what is allegedly the final deal with Iran, let us take a step back given the redundancy of the tape of late. 

Specifically, an overlooked Wall Street legend is the late, great Julian Robertson, Wall Street investor and founder of Tiger Management. 

The following interviews are well over fifteen years old. However, Robertson was quite sharp at the time and drew on his experiences while also looking ahead. You can only wonder what he would say about today's markets, although I have my hunches based on his track record shorting the dot-com bubble.
