Sex Appeal Comes Naturally for This Brazilian Play

It does not take much convincing for most to become intrigued by PagSeguro Digital Ltd., which is Brazil's online or mobile payment-based e-commerce service for commercial operations.

Indeed, virtually any "payments" play is hot enough to merit our attention, beyond the likes of Square. As an example, an overlooked play we have stressed for Members has been EPAY, acting well again today.  

But retuning to PAGS, with earnings not scheduled until next month, the six-week correction or so has taken the name off many watchlists as momentum waned. 

However, the January IPO could easily reignite momentum with a move back over $34 anytime soon, breaking the highlighted channel consolidation pattern higher. 

Elsewhere, the broad market indices are mostly pausing. However, small and micro-cap stocks continue to work for bulls. I will flesh out this outperformance in my Midday Video coming up.
